Health Guarantee

At Nancy’s Home Raised Kittens, the health and well-being of our kittens is our top priority. We take every step to ensure that each kitten we place in a loving home is strong, healthy, and ready for a happy life with their new family. That’s why we proudly offer a comprehensive Health Guarantee with every adoption.

All our kittens are raised in a clean, safe, and loving environment where they receive the best nutrition, daily socialization, and regular veterinary care. Before going to their new home, every kitten is thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian to ensure they are free from any visible signs of illness or congenital defects. We provide documentation of this check-up, including a signed veterinary health certificate, as proof of their wellness.

Our Health Guarantee covers the following:

Initial Veterinary Examination: Each kitten undergoes a full physical examination, deworming, and receives age-appropriate vaccinations.

Health Certificate: A certified health document signed by a licensed vet is included with each adoption.

14-Day General Health Guarantee: If your kitten is diagnosed with a contagious illness within 14 days of arrival (and it is proven to have originated from our cattery), we will either offer a full refund or a replacement kitten, depending on your preference and availability.

1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee: We guarantee that your kitten is free from life-threatening congenital or hereditary disorders for one year from the date of adoption. In the rare case of a genetic issue confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we will provide a replacement kitten of equal value when available.

Your Responsibilities:
To maintain this guarantee, adopters must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival for a wellness check and follow the recommended care plan, including routine vaccinations, proper nutrition, and a loving home environment.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover minor or treatable issues such as colds, diarrhea due to stress or diet change, or conditions caused by neglect, injury, or lack of proper care after adoption.
